Enrollment Process & Required Documents
Before your child can start at Kido Heaven Childcare, the following paperwork must be submitted:
📝 Enrollment Application – Basic details about your child and family.
📋 Emergency Contact & Pickup Authorization – Names and phone numbers of individuals allowed to pick up your child.
💉 Immunization Records – Proof of up-to-date vaccinations or an exemption form.
🍎 Health & Allergy Information – Notification of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or required medications.
📖 Parent Agreement Form – Outlines policies, tuition, attendance, and behavior expectations.
Tuition, Payments & Fees
💲 Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee due upon enrollment.
💲 Tuition: Payment is required monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a penalty.
💲 Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to secure your child’s spot. It will be refunded if proper withdrawal notice is given.
💲 Late Pickup Fee: Parents must pick up their child by the agreed time to avoid additional charges.

Withdrawal & Re-Enrollment
📆 Withdrawal Notice: A minimum 30-day written notice is required if you plan to withdraw your child. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
📆 Re-Enrollment: If you wish to return after withdrawal, a new registration form must be submitted. Enrollment will depend on available spots.
Attendance & Sign-in/Sign-out
Parents must sign children in and out daily. If a child is absent, parents must notify us in advance.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policies

- Pick-Up Deadline: All children must be picked up on time. A late fee will be applied if pickup is delayed.

Health & Illness Policy
For the well-being of all children, parents must keep their child home if they show signs of:
🚨 Fever (100°F or higher)
🚨 Vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours
🚨 Persistent coughing, runny nose, or respiratory illness
🚨 Contagious diseases (e.g., flu, strep throat, pink eye)
🔹 If your child becomes ill during daycare hours, parents will be contacted immediately for pickup.
🔹 Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning.
Behavior Expectations & Guidance
At Kido Heaven Childcare, we encourage positive behavior through kindness, patience, and redirection. We do not allow:
❌ Physical punishment, yelling, or shaming
❌ Aggressive behavior toward others
❌ Repeated refusal to follow safety rules
If behavior issues persist, we will collaborate with parents to find a solution. In rare cases, if behavior poses a risk to others, we reserve the right to discontinue services.

Additional Guidelines
👜 Personal Items: Children should not bring personal toys unless required for comfort.
🥪 Meals & Snacks: Parents must notify us of any dietary restrictions.
🚽 Toilet Training: If your child is in the process of potty training, we will work with you to maintain consistency.
Additional Forms & Parent Agreements
To ensure smooth communication and organization, the following forms may be required depending on your child’s enrollment status:
1. Waiting List Form (If Needed)
- If our daycare reaches full capacity, families may request to be placed on our Waiting List.
- Enrollment priority is based on the order of applications and space availability.
- Parents will be contacted as soon as a spot opens.

Social Media Consent Form
- We may take photos or videos of children during activities for educational or promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).
- Parents have the option to opt-in or opt-out of photo sharing.
- No child’s image will be shared without parental permission.
📄 Action Required: Parents must sign the Social Media Consent Form to indicate their preference.
Referral Program Form (If Applicable)
- Families who refer new enrollments to our daycare may qualify for a special discount.
- Referred families must complete the enrollment process and mention your referral at the time of registration.
- Discount details and eligibility will be shared upon referral.
